Maria Estrada, Aubela Mia. She passed in August, I had the pleasure to spend time with her and she gave me permission to take these photographs of her. Photograph 1 and 4 is currently featured in Rhode Island Latino Arts, La Galleria in Central Falls, for their Frontera's exhibit.
I wanted to pay homage to this great lady. While I didn't have the opportunity to spend as much time with her as a child, it was my pleasure to reconnect with her , my family and make memories beautiful with her.
